With Caffeine Turmeric Chai

Coffee makes me break out like crazy and gives me bad anxiety, but a lot of coffee alternatives I’ve tried have diuretic herbs in their ingredients, which leave me light headed when I lift weights after drinking them. I found the caffeinated golden milk at a little store in Warren and have been loving it so far! Tastes great even with just a few drops of stevia in it. While the price initially seemed high for a small jar, there are so many servings that it’s actually very reasonably priced. Looking forward to trying more flavors – hoping to try the matchai next. Any chance of a matchai WITH Yerba mate in the future? That would be one heck of an energy or pre workout blend!
