Tumbles average 2-3 cm in size. Blue Aventurine crystal mined and tumbled in Brazil. These beautiful Blue Aventurine stones are polished to a high shine. Ranging in size from 2-3 cm, they display a rich blue color, and even contain small amounts of glitter in the light. Aventurine is a quartz-based mineral with inclusions of muscovite which lend its sparkly appearance. There is very little information stating what causes the coloring of this stone, but it is most likely to be inclusions of nickel, aluminum or titanium. It is said to be a very rare material, although I have not found this to be the case. Pieces are intuitively chosen. Blue Aventurine resonates with the upper chakras, especially the throat and third eye.
